Hypnosis
Hypnosis is an effective, safe technique for anyone challenged by anxiety, stress, pain, physical ailments like hot flashes, and behavioural issues such as bedwetting, smoking, or overeating.
During hypnosis, Karen will help you obtain a hypnotic state by repeating gentle, soothing statements, and suggesting mental images that will help promote relaxation and well-being. ThetaHealing®
ThetaHealing® is where science meets spirit. This safe, non-invasive meditative technique determines where emotional energy may be affecting a person’s physical health. It’s a training for your mind and can help you heal pain, disease, and illness, as well as overcome negative thoughts.
